Gymnastics

The calm pace and dynamics will help to keep you happy and vital. Regular trainings will help you to avoid and to prevent joint pain, muscle stiffness, and you keep feeling fresh and youthful! 

Senior gymnastic workouts are held Monday and Thursday 9:45 and 10:30. 

Trainer: Riina Voolpriit 

 "Any kind of movement - walking, Nordic walking, swimming or skiing - is useful," encourages trainer Riina. Senior trainings are great to improve the mobility of the joints, which is one of the big problems of aging. In class will be trained all the major muscle groups. Training are emotional, held at the music. The dancing combinations are women favourites regardless of age. 

Before the workout, seniors should consult with the family doctor. There are diseases, which do not allow exercises. 

This must be evaluated by a doctor. 

For some, the diagnosis is necessary for gymnastics.

One-month membership fee is € 25/2 times per week.
