Shaping

SHAPING is a training system for women from 16 years of age (no maximum age). Shaping is based on the physiological specifics of women.
According to the aim set, there are the following training activities available:
Fat percentage and body weight reduction (fat content of 18-24.9% lies in normal range), i.e., catabolic workout.
Toning of specific body parts taking into consideration muscles and muscle circumference in the areas of primary interest, i.e., anabolic workout. Complex, i.e., all of the above-mentioned together.
