- Make all movements soft and smoothly
- Don’t make movements too wide
- Breathe deep and slowly
- Don’t jump
- Avoid hypertensions
- Avoid sharp changes of direction
- Drink water before and after training. If needed also while training
- If you feel dizzy or sleepy stop training immediately
- Be careful while going to saunas
- Do not try to be physically on the same level as before pregnancy.
- Better to train 3- 4 times in a week, than once and too much
Do not train if:
- you have unstable blood pressure
- you feel dizzy or sick
- you are bleeding
- you have risk to give birth premature
- you have heart problems or
diseases.
