Gym training plan is for the person who´s goal is better physical form, athletic look and good feeling. Trainer can build the plan, to fit the person who does not have exact dates to train. It is made to fit into your schedule. Individual gym plan includes choice of exercises and plans to share them to different days.

Training+nutrition plan. According to your goals is made your own plan to burn fat to build muscles. Plan includes exercises and meal plan according to your body.

Nutrition plan- To lose or gain weight is equally significant both- training and eating. Schedule timing, the amount of food and ingredients are some components that are important to follow while making personal nutrition plan. Personal food plan includes identification of the customer's eating habits, meal times, food, and - the determination of the quantities.

Supporting training in the gym 

Group training provides excellent overall training, as well exercises for specific groups of muscles. However, only with group trainings is difficult to achieve balanced development in the body. In the supporting gym training, plan is paid attention to the groups of muscles that cannot have enough loads in the group trainings. Personal training plan includes choice of trainings, their mixing with the group trainings, introductions and supervision over the performance.
