STEPBODY – The training session starts with an easy warm-up period. The aerobic part lasts for 30 minutes and consists of various combinations of steps followed by muscular exercise using different tools. The session finishes with stretching. The training session is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

STEPFATBURN is an aerobic exercise that takes place using a special bench, the height of which is regulated in accordance with the practitioner's fitness level. Step aerobics is good for the muscles of the lower body. The training session starts with an easy warm-up period followed by an aerobic part lasting for 45-50 minutes. The session finishes with stretching. Previous workout experience is advisable.

POWERBODY is a training session that ensures adequate physical load and guarantees a good mood. The training session consists of a short warm-up period, a dance programme, a muscle workout, and finishes with stretching. It is divided into two equal parts: the first part of the training session includes dance movements and jumps combined with basic aerobic steps followed by an effective muscle workout using a variety of training tools (light dumbbells and bars) in addition to body weights. The session finishes with stretching. POWERBODY is meant to be a positive challenge for everyone.

BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. BODYATTACK™ is a 55-minute sports-inspired cardio workout that’s all about improving your speed, fitness, strength and agility. You’ll love the group dynamic that’s at the heart of BODYATTACK™.

REVALJUMP is an effective conceptual cardio training session, which is developed by the trainers of Reval Sport Fitness Club. Both boxing and dance steps and blow combinations are used along with strength exercises for the biggest muscle groups.
During the training sessions, small trampolines are used, which is efficient as:
- workouts on trampolines improve balance and coordination, which helps avoid possible injuries;
- the training does burden the muscles, joints, and the heart;
- the level can be chosen according to the use of trampoline;
- it burns a lot of calories and shapes the muscles.
